These terms apply to apps, websites, and other services made available by SAVR Technologies. A particular app may have additional terms presented to you when you use or purchase it.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the apps, websites, and services (each a "Service") provided by SAVR Technologies. By using a Service, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms shown for that Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If a Service-specific term conflicts with these Terms, the Service-specific term applies to that Service to the extent of the conflict.
Some Services may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Use each Service lawfully and do not misuse it, interfere with its operation or security, infringe others' rights, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material. You remain responsible for content you submit or create and must have the rights and permissions needed to use it.
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us and our providers to operate the Service and deliver features you request. Some Services may offer AI or integrations with third-party products. Such features are optional or available only as described in the relevant Service; your use may also be subject to the third party's terms and privacy practices. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable and should be reviewed before relying on it. We do not guarantee the availability or behavior of third-party services.
Customers who satisfy the conditions described below may be eligible for a refund, which will be provided in accordance with these Terms where the applicable requirements are met. To request a refund, you must contact our support team and provide your purchase details together with the reason for your request. If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the completion of your transaction without providing a reason, provided that you have not accessed, activated, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise begun using the Service or any digital content provided through it. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day following completion of the transaction. This statutory right to cancel does not apply if you have already accessed, activated, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise begun using the Service or have otherwise received the benefit of the Service before the end of the 14-day cancellation period. By beginning to use the Service, you acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right, where permitted by applicable law, may no longer apply. To exercise your cancellation rights or request a refund, you must notify either us or Paddle, our authorized payment provider, by making a clear and unambiguous statement of your decision. For the fastest processing, please contact our support team through our designated support channel and include your purchase details, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for your cancellation or refund request. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request without undue delay. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle using the original payment method, subject to Paddle's payment processing procedures and applicable legal requirements, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. Nothing in this section limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service, and may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary, including if these Terms are violated or to protect users or the Service. You may stop using a Service at any time. Terms that by their nature should continue after use ends will remain in effect.
To the extent permitted by law, Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, SAVR Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here or presenting updated terms within a Service. Updates apply from the stated effective date; continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
